ACCESSIBILITY POLICY

If you require any type of disability accommodation at the event itself, in most cases that’s not an issue. Although 1iota only provides free ticketing and possibly some onsite event logistical support and relies on the event organizer and the venue operator to provide reasonable disability access at the event itself, 1iota will make reasonable modifications to its policies, practices and procedures, coordinate with the event organizer or venue operator and provide auxiliary aids and services for 1iota members with disabilities requiring such accommodations at an event. You do not need to notify anyone before submitting a ticket request. If you do receive tickets, and have concerns about your personal accessibility to the event or feel that you may need special accommodations at the event, please send an email to accessibility@1iota.com or call (657) 999-3387 so that we can help determine whether the circumstances surrounding a particular event and venue will allow for the necessary accommodation. Please note that 1iota or the event organizer may not be able to accommodate every need for every event and may only be able to make accommodations to a limited number of people at a particular event. If you have not contacted us in advance, we cannot guarantee that the necessary accommodations will be available at the time of the event.

1iota is continually working to make our website and services accessible to anyone with auditory, visual, mobility or other disability issues and to make our website compliant with industry standards. If you require assistance using the 1iota site, or setting up an account due to any disability, please send us an email to accessibility@1iota.com or call (657) 999-3387, and let us know how we can help you.

Yes, provided the service animal meets the ADA definition that defines it as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability and the presence of the dog is otherwise acceptable to the event organizer and venue operator. The tasks performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability. Please note that emotional support, therapy, comfort, companion animals or service-animals-in-training are not considered service animals under the ADA. If you intend to bring a service animal to an event, please contact us in advance by sending an email to accessibility@1iota.com or call (657) 999-3387 so that we can help determine if there are any issues with your attendance at the event with a service animal and help coordinate your attendance with a service animal with the event organizer and venue operator. If you have not contacted us in advance, we cannot guarantee that the necessary accommodations for your attendance with a service animal will be available at the time of the event. In addition, you are responsible for the conduct of your service animal at all times.
